The 'Test' form

The 'Project Management' form

The 'Project Management' form provides a larger more practical example - [here].

Golden Point Development is the process which IT Form Developer uses to design and project manage the creation of new web applications. The process was formerly a paper process but this is now being transferred online. A document which describes the process is part of this web site - [here].

The 'Project Management' form is designed to completed by the client and IBD together in order to track the progress of a project. Currently the paper details have just been transferred over into IT Form Developer. As part of the standard design, access to the form would be password protected and include alerts to indicate to the other party when changes to the have taken place. These have been left open so that you can have a look.

The form which you now see has been created entirely by IT Form Developer. The outcome can be considered as a satisfactory 'first pass' which meets the requirement of formally tracking the progress of a project. However, from this platform, further customisation can be made to make the forms appear to be part of a standalone application and extra functionality built specifically for this particular project management tool.
